Our Design and Production Policy
At Asil, we can build up our quality concept on top of our suppliers’ quality. Overall, we believe in “fit for purpose” and “right first
time”. We always control all in-bound materials for conformity, durability and lack of hazardous materials. Then we inspect the products at avery stage of production and then we check again before and after packaging.
We also encourage our customers send a representative for a final supervision of randomly picked products just before shipment.
Shipment Policy
Asil always cooperate with reputable transportation companies on a long-standing basis. We also let our customers to pick up their purchase orders with their freight forwarders of their choice.

Asil supplies the highest quality merchandise for our customers and distributors all around the World and stands behind the products we sell. If you or your end-users are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange, if available.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call us and we’ll provide you with further instructions on whether and to where returns should be shipped, and the amount of the refund. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and exchange rate as your original tender. To ensure we credit you properly, please include your invoice, shipping documents (Commercial invoice and packing list) and complete the information, including your telephone number, so we may call you with any questions.
